Welcome to Crystal River Yoga!

Crystal River Yoga is about to open the doors of our new yoga studio here in Crystal River, Florida. We will be offering several styles of yoga, our motto is Yoga is for Everyone.

Classes will including traditional Hatha yoga, Hot yoga, Yin yoga, and vinyasa flows. Classes will provide movement from gentle and light stretching to vigorous workouts.

Our teaching staff is a team of incredible, highly experienced individuals who are an wonderful, caring group. We will have visiting teachers from out of town who will do special immersions in their specialty of yoga practice.
